Wimmer of Roanoke, and a sister, Loraine M. Thomas, of Bluefield, W.Va. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Phoebe and Floyd Schuyler, Roanoke, one grandson Travis A. Schuyler, Roanoke; five granddaughters, Sherri E. Schuyler, Roanoke, Amanda W., formerly of Roanoke and Greg Sward, Mendham, N.J., Vicki C. and David Lines, Pasedena, Md., Charlotte C. and Alan Graham, Stafford, Va., Cheryl C. and Paul Fowler, Plano, Texas and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. at the Copper Hill Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Paris Bain officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial in Salem, Va. The family will receive friends Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
