A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. The Rev. Charles L. Moseley will officiate. The viewing will begin Sunday with the family receiving friends from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, 653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake. on May 19, 2007.³

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ruth Craft Reynolds; a son William H. ''Billy'' Reynolds III and his wife Karen of Chesapeake. He is also survived by his grandson William H. ''Will'' Reynolds IV of Chesapeake and a brother George Earl Reynolds of Elbert, West Va. A funeral will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Dr. L. Hugh Litchfield. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. on April 30, 2003.²
